It's true, did you hear about the man who literally ate himself to death? It's a phenomenon here, especially in America, where everyone seems to eat on the rush. Fast food is notorious for taking advantage of people, I myself am one of those people who is always in a rush.
However, that doesn't necessarily mean that you have to go eat at McDonalds or Burger King for every meal throughout the day. So i said to myself, what are some foods to avoid when trying to lose weight? Well, anything with high fat, high cholesterol, tons of sodium, and an enormous amount of calories, especially for a burger as an example.
I'm sure you can think of a thousand different fast food joints that you can avoid, those are typically the foods to avoid when trying to lose weight. A lot of canned products normally has a lot of sodium in it, so you don't necessarily want to eat those every single day either.
Now you may question yourself and say, well what "ARE" some foods I can eat? Well eating healthy is a big challenge for a lot of people, some are just not properly trained on how to lose weight effectively. Learning how to lose weight is not very difficult at all, it takes knowledge, patience (definitely patience, it's all in the mind), motivation and dedication.
The last two things I mentioned, motivation and dedicated, is what will set you apart from everything else that you have tried. If you don't have the motivation to keep going and succeed, or the dedicated to make it through, then you're going to basically set yourself up for failure.
