Highest Bodyweight: 235 pounds as of April 2008
Highest Bodyfat: 22% as of February at 210 pounds, never got it tested at 235 pounds. Getting it tested this Saturday at a Bodyweight of about 225 pounds.

Lowest Bodyweight: 145 pounds as of late summer (July or August) of 2004
Lowest Bodyfat: 4.5 % as of late summer (July or August) of 2004

Causes of heaviest weight gain: Due to lose of interest and slacking off in cardio/aerboic activity and getting to obsessed with making videos and talking online to much, also increase in junk food and caloric intake hitting an all time high of 13000 calories on day, and getting over the 10000 calorie mark more then once ever in my lifetime. This was the first weight gain where I went over the 200 pound mark as well, my second highest weight gain in ever was 185 pounds never hit the 190 pound mark. But ever since I got into weight lifting I constantly lived in fear that if I ever gained 200 pounds that I would be a complete blob of fat, but surprisingly i came to accept myself and didn't fret to much about being over 200 pounds, although now that my health is at stake I want to lose the weight more for that now rather then looking slim and cut again perhaps.

Cause of Biggest Weight Lose: My first year of college I was about 155 pounds and I gained 20 pounds of some fat and some muscle mass, but my bodyfat went from 8-10% to 14-15% and i felt fat and my abbs were starting to get hard to see, so i joined a gym that was very close to my job, less then a minute away, and my current job was at subway, so all i did was eat low calorie foods and cut back on my carbs, but probably cut back to low on my calories, but anyways after about 2-4 months my body went from 175 to 145 pounds (30 pound weight lose) also hitting an all time lowest bodyfat of 4.5% sacrificing some muscle mass, i looked pretty cut, but I probably lost the weight to fast due to not having enough calories in my diet, so that is why i probably never maintained that weight, i only held out at that weight and bodyfat probably less then a month, then I was back up to 150 in no time.

People hate dieting because it deprives them of their favorite foods (read fatty and junk foods). When you start dieting, you will inevitably have tough times during the first few days when you reel under the pressure of hunger. Just think about it - you used to eat every now and then and now that you are dieting, you got to restrict your food intake. Obviously your body is quite surprised at the change of food habits but hey, there are ways you can make sure you can diet for a long time without troubling your body! In this article I will give you five tips to lose weight effectively!

1. Remove Sugary Foods from your kitchen. Do a search in your kitchen as well as the refrigerator and make sure there is no food left there that has high sugar content. Sugar or sucrose easily converts into carbohydrates once it enters into body. And as a matter of fact, unused carbohydrates are easily turned into fat by the body. You therefore, as a rule, should avoid sugar and sugar-rich foods.

2.Stop eating processed foods. Not only some of them are high on calorie count, processed foods also contain a lot of natural and unnatural preservatives. While natural preservatives won't harm your body much, unnatural preservatives can cause acidity, stomach disorder and loss of energy!

3. Start walking. Get off that couch and take a walk. Exercise is a vital component of weight loss, but if you cannot or won't want to exercise, simply walking will help you burn calories. Brisk walking is good, but jogging or running will rid you of even more fat! Make sure you increase your daily activity level regularly. If you continuously remain seated on your couch, you won't be able to burn fat!

4. Most people forget the simple advice that water is good for everyone, more so for those who are overweight. Make sure you drink lots of water everyday; it will keep your stomach full and keep you away from food cravings. Make sure you also drink a glass of water before meal so that you don't end up overeating!

5. Dairy products contain a lot of fat, so you should cut down on their intake. Dairy products such as yogurt (unless it is of the low-fat variety), cheese, cottage etc, can cause stomach bloating and inflammation. Dairy products are also rumored to be the leading cause behind heart diseases.

As you can see, losing weight is not all that hard. Take your time to plan your diet, and then stick to it. That is the best way to lose weight fast!

Replace snacks - trying to cut down on snacking is actually counterintuitive, you need to have lots of small meals during the day rather than 3 large meals, so snacking is important. The problem is snacking on the wrong things.

If you try to stop snacking you will more than likely lose the battle with your willpower! You have to replace it so you get the psychological satisfaction of snacking but you are doing it in a healthy way. Try eating nuts & dried fruit during the day instead of chocolate.

If you follow these fast weight loss tips you will start to see rapid improvements in your energy levels and your body, keep it up until that event and then moderate it afterwards to make sure the weight stays off!
