The Bodyweight 500 workout by trainer Craig Ballantyne is a short but massively intensive workout session which can produce fast fat burning results. It's intensive because you need to do 500 repetitions of various exercises without pausing. This may seem like a large number but it's over pretty quickly.
What's special about this program is that it works against your bodyweight alone, so you don't need to invest in any special weights or machines, that it works nearly every muscle group in your body, and that it's very short so it's perfect for busy people.
